Project Description

The R&D department will carry out two main projects in the period 2020/2021, both based on the improvement of hydroponic cultivation controls and cultivation procedures that introduce biofertilizers and beneficial microorganisms into the nutritive solution to be applied in a commercial size production environment.

In crop biofertilization, the focus will be on the addition of stable colloidal fertilizers and how to electronically control nutrient levels in the nutrient solution. On the other hand, our department is establishing a cultivation algorithm for a new software developed for the control of cultivation facilities, introducing new sensors based on the physiological activity of the plants, to predict through algorithms the reaction of the plants to different environmental situations.
