iBoneLab is focused on the analysis of the interaction of the body’s hard tissues with implantable materials. Thanks to the extensive knowledge in the Experimental Surgery research group of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), they expertly evaluate the interaction of these materials in tissues, providing joint research solutions to meet the needs of biotechnology companies and groups. national and foreign research.

Description of the Activity Area Description / Technology

The company is seeking funding to be able to advance in carrying out preclinical trials, which allow obtaining tissue samples to be studied; in high-resolution microtomographic analysis for a non-destructive three-dimensional evaluation of samples and for carrying out histological and histomorphometric studies that allow microscopic observation of tissues and interaction with implanted materials.
