The software, SENSESBIT, designed by the firm, is a powerful tool capable of analyzing the keys to guarantee the sensory success of products on the market.

The technology behind the software processes the statistical data automatically at the service of its customers in real time. The platform analyzes the data that comes from consumer responses and from expert evaluators (or panels of trained tasters) to obtain the most relevant sensory key drivers.

Description of the Area of Activity / Technology

SENSESBIT seeks to facilitate the work of the departments that do sensory analysis:

• The studies will be based on sensory statistics from results generated automatically at the click of a button.
• As soon as the last trained consumer/taster fills in the tasting form, the results will be available.
• It allows to know the attributes of the product and how they are perceived by the consumers, obtaining concrete answers to complex questions.
