Description
The Health Research Institute Foundation of Santiago de Compostela (FIDIS) was created in 2001, as a result of the merger of IDICHUS Foundation, the University Hospital Complex of Santiago and FIDI-Xeral Calde Foundation of Lucus Augusti University Hospital in Lugo.
The mission of the Ramón Domínguez Foundation is to promote research, teaching, scientific development and innovation in the health field in the Xerencias de Xestión Integrada of its influence.
Innovation is its tool for transferring research results to society, transferring knowledge to the business fabric in different fields: technological, food and pharmaceutical.
The aim is to be a reference in the specialized management and promotion of research in the health environment. Acting as support for the various research groups in all phases of the value chain of biomedical research in particular and the health area in general.
