Description

The University of A Coruña (UDC) promotes this research center to host research groups working on projects related to research in the chemical and biological sciences.

It is within this framework of promoting research activity that the UDC, in the search for closer relations between university research and business, houses research groups and teams with an interdisciplinary scope in the chemical, biological and environmental sciences in the CICA’s laboratories, with the following basic objectives:

1. The development of research projects financed with both public and private agencies and companies.
2. The transfer of research results within the framework of their intellectual protection
3. Training of research staff, national and international collaboration between different groups and research centers of reference.
4. The dissemination of results through publications, doctoral theses, scientific meetings and activities aimed at the community.
