Description

Management Company of companies and venture capital funds of the Xunta de Galicia, the instruments that it manages are:

• Sodiga Galicia Sociedad de Capital Riesgo, S. A.: accompanies investment projects in consolidated companies or in strategic sectors in Galicia with high growth potential. These are large investments.
• Galicia Compite, FICC: business projects, in all types of sectors, newly created or consolidated. Internationalization projects, with a technological base, etc. The financial support is of average amount.
• Galicia Innova Tech, FICC: accompanies projects with a markedly innovative character of technology companies, in a phase of expansion and consolidation.
• Galicia Iniciativas Emprendedoras, FICC: accompanies new or recently created companies in the implementation of new projects (start up).

Financing Criteria

• Approach: projects that are viable from a business point of view, both because of the existence of a clear and analysed market and financially.
• Size: Depends on the instrument in question.
• Investment: Equivalent to the contribution of the promoter partners and/or investors. It is always an accompanying financing will never be unique.
• Sectors: Any sector except real estate.

Lines of Financing

The possibilities of financing by Xesgalicia’s instruments are:

• Participation in share capital: it will always be a minority participation, preferably not exceeding 25%.
• Participatory loans: do not have to be accompanied by an equity stake. It can be capitalized or not.
