Description

BFlow is in charge of developing microfluidic devices with cell culture and flow dynamics simulation for pre-clinical drug validation.

In the pre-clinical research, a high percentage of the molecules that overcome the invitro phase, do not pass the validation in animal models. The BFlow technology used between both tests, by applying flow dynamics and more physiological conditions in the device with cell culture, allows a better discrimination of the molecules with a probable in vivo activity, with the consequent saving in time to the market of the molecule and experimental costs.

BFlow is seeking funding to continue to provide leading and effective solutions in pre-clinical research by allowing a specific flow dynamics pattern to be employed in a specifically designed microcircuit with cell culture prior to the start of in vivo experiments.
